Refund Policy

General Conditions:
● All sales are considered final once a product has left our warehouse and the shipping process has begun.
● We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 15 business days at info@TheMasterPlaybook.com with an image and details of the product and the defect. Refunds:
● Refunds are not offered for delays outside of our control, including postal service delays, unless the product has been confirmed lost by the carrier.
● In the event that a package is lost and a claim is confirmed by the carrier, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
● If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
● You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable
● Our customers are important to us, and we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. However, once an order has been dispatched, it may be subject to delays due to external factors beyond our control, such as logistical issues with our shipping partners or local postal service disruptions.
